Crescendo Publishing Private Limited is a subsidiary of Baller International Media (Hong Kong) Limited.

The Baller brand, masthead logo, vertical logo and chip logo are registered trademarks of Crescendo Publishing Private Limited. These trademarks are protected by the Trademarks Act (Cap. 332) in the Republic of Singapore, and the Hong Kong Trade Marks Ordinance (2003) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. These trademarks are further protected internationally by the provisions of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property. These trademarks may not be used, transmitted, broadcast or stored in a retrieval system without prior permission given expressly and in writing by the owners.
